I’m Back and Ready to Roll!!!!!
After taking a small hiatus for the holiday season, I am back, and ready to continue LOSING! I have been back on program since January 9, 2006, and had an AWESOME weigh in. I am down -5.2 lbs today! Unfortunately, those 5.2 lbs are the ones that I had GAINED over the Christmas holiday up in Utah. I guess eating what you want doesn’t always bring the best results in the end.
Christmas was wonderful; had a fabulous time in Utah with my family. The weather was cold, there wasn’t much snow, but it still makes a more wintery scene than Southern California; because 80 degree weather and egg nog is just not my cup of tea.
Below is the most recent picture I have of Josh and I where we aren’t bundled up in tons of winter clothes. This was his 33rd birthday on Dec 17, 2005 at Tokyo Wako in Long Beach.
