2 Points GONE!
Many of you not on WW may not understand the relevance of losing 2 points worth of food a day, but for me, it’s a big deal! Let me explain…
The amount of points are based on your weight. I started with 30 points a day, and unbeknownst to me, my point value for the day has dropped to 28! When I did my weigh in on Monday, it never said that I was dropping from 30 to 28! They need to post it big and bold in front of your face when you lose points, because I have been under the impression that I still had 30! I guess when you drop below 250 lbs, you go to 28.
Two points makes a huge difference! That’s a WW Giant Sundae Cup! That’s a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich! That’s a Fruit n Walnut Salad (minus the walnuts, of course).
The whole point of WW Flex Plan is to stay within your point range, and lose weight. I feel that I have screwed up the whole week, and now I am upset.
Thank god it’s time to go to bed. Tomorrow is another day, and another set of points, and another chance to stick to my points. I have done SO good, I have not cheated once, and I feel like this week is a wash. I know I am being melodramatic, but when you have stuck to the program like glue for 10 weeks, it’s a blow to see that you have messed up the last 3 days.
